Meet Bruno, who is a 5 year
neutered Golden male rescued from being chained to a tree for about 8
months. This left him with a hot spot on the underside of his neck
which is responding well to treatment and should be completely healed
within the next month. Completely crate and house trained, he has
proven to be a very gentle man. He has acclimated well to his foster
brothers and sisters. He is doing very well on short lead training.
He has learned to sit with hand and voice and his "downs" are doing much
better. He loves to play ball, but better than this is chasing water
in the creek, which is also his favorite place to nap. He is high
energy Golden who will require long walks, jogging or cross country
running would even be better. More than eating or napping is his
love of riding in the car. It's his favorite thing other than being
petted. If he could do both at the same time...this would be
absolute heaven! Bruno loves his humans of all shapes and sizes who
will love and brush him indefinitely. |
