Trina (formerly Bacall) and I participated in the
Virtual 5K.We decided to start our 5K early and we're planning to do
the 5K + every week.Trina has agreed to be my exercise coach. She makes
sure there's no slacking with the daily walks and doesn't tolerate any
excuses from me if I feel lazy. Rain or shine, she says we're going.

Whitney walked his
5k in honor of our beloved Love A Golden Rescues Granger and Poppy. We
miss them everyday. It took two days, but he and Randy did it!

Greetings from the
Smokey Mountains! Larry, Dex and Myself hiked the Love a Golden 5K
today. Good ole'Dex actually hiked 5.5 miles. We are happy to
support the cause,and will sleep well tonight.

We enjoyed our 5k walk at Cuivre River State Park,
while Champ Sahara and Josh stayed home enjoying their 5k walk in their
sleep.

Gregory and Grace each participated in their own, individual, 5Ks along with Buster. Gregory and Buster watched Macao together as their "competition." Buster seemed to like it just fine! Grace's
competition was to binge watch the final season of the original Law
& Order TV series. Buster hung in there but you can see he is not a
particular fan.
